Ulster Museum Workshop Visit
19th Nov 2023
Our KS2 pupils recently enjoyed a visit to the Ulster Museum, Belfast, to bring their learning about Ancient Egypt to life.
Alice recounts her experience of the day below.
“When we arrived we were warmly welcomed by the staff of the Ulster Museum. We first went to see some artefacts of Ancient Egypt, we guessed what things were, and went to different stations to see the jobs that the Egyptians would have done. IT WAS SO MUCH FUN!
Then a while later, we learned a few things about World War One.It too was enjoyable. Next we were unleashed to explore about the people’s lives in war.
After that we went to see Takabuti (a mummy) she was quite creepy, but it was interesting. We all had a great time.
ALL THANKS TO THE ULSTER MUSEUM STAFF!”
