This week in Straidhavern PS all our classes celebrated JDO’s Kindness Week!
The Foundation Stage pupils have been focusing on using kind words and the impact our words can have on others to brighten our day. They coloured and shared positive quotes and made kindness clouds. They look amazing!
The Key Stage 1 pupils created their own “Kindness Garden”. They used kind words to describe their friends and thought about times when they have shown kindness to others. Doesn’t their display look amazing?!
The Key Stage 2 pupils thought about what kindness meant and we shared our ideas with our friends at Surmount International School Gorakhpur on Google Classroom. They thought about lots of ways to show kindness to each other and we wrote some kind compliments to our classmates too.
